Look things in in Central Iowa are pretty crazy right now with all the home sales. Tom & I are busy selling homes and we are loving every minute of it. This new home that we are selling for Venture homes is selling as fast as we can get them built. There are a ton of folks that are going to be taking advantage of that $8000 first time buyer credit. With our homes priced at $159,900 why wouldn’t you stop renting? Heck we even build them near Easter Lake in Des Moines and they have a 5 year tax abatement. Well anyway I just wanted to let everyone know that now is the time to buy & sell real estate.
